Q: Before you started working with Niche Up, what was your business feeling like day to day, and what was the moment that made you say, “Okay, we need to explore ads and invest in support”?

"Before Niche Up, the business felt busy but unpredictable. Growth was mostly organic, which was great, but it wasn’t consistent or scalable. I was doing everything myself, and marketing was something I fit in when I had time, not something I approached strategically.

The turning point was realizing how much untapped potential we had to reach new customers, especially for large orders and seasonal launches. I knew that if I wanted intentional, sustainable growth, I needed expert support and a proper ads strategy."

Q: What changed when your offer + email funnel + ads started working?

"Everything felt more intentional and predictable.

Sales became more consistent instead of coming in unpredictable waves, which made it much easier to plan production, inventory, and staffing. I also felt a huge shift in confidence, not just in the numbers, but in knowing that we had a system that was actively bringing in the right customers.

One of the biggest changes was peace of mind. I wasn’t relying solely on posting constantly or hoping the algorithm worked in our favour. We had a structured way of reaching people, nurturing them, and converting them, even when I wasn’t actively marketing in real time.

It also gave me capacity back. Instead of scrambling to generate demand, I could focus on improving the product, planning launches, and thinking long-term about growth. It felt less like chasing sales and more like running a business with a clear growth engine behind it."

Q: Can you share one specific ‘receipt’ you’re proud of from running Meta Ads?

"One of the biggest receipts for me was seeing how Meta Ads helped turn our seasonal launches into something much more predictable. Instead of wondering how a collection would perform, we started seeing steady traffic, consistent orders, and even sell-outs driven by ads.

Another big win was list growth, we were able to bring in new potential customers who hadn’t discovered us organically before, and that continues to pay off well beyond a single campaign.

We also started seeing more high-value custom inquiries come through, corporate gifting, weddings, and large event orders from people who discovered us through ads. That was a huge shift because those are the kinds of clients that really support long-term growth and planning.

Overall, it wasn’t just about more orders, it was about attracting the right customers and building more predictable, sustainable demand."

Q: Has hiring a team, or running Ads helped you to step into your CEO-Self more fully?

"Yes, it shifted me from operator to strategist. I plan ahead, make data-driven decisions, delegate more effectively, and manage growth proactively instead of reactively."

Q: What three words describe your experience working with Niche Up?

"Empowering. Educational. Eye-opening."
