Q: Before you started working with Niche Up, what was your business feeling like day to day, and what was the moment that made you say, “Okay, we need to explore ads and invest in support”?

"For years, I sought a marketing team that could truly resonate with my vision. While I've invested in support in the past, those experiences often lacked clear deliverables and a tangible return on my investment.

Instead, I wore every hat, teaching myself everything I could learn, but there's a limit to solo expansion, especially without specialized expertise. My online store was operational, but my backend systems were a mess, and my digital infrastructure was lacking.

That all shifted when I began working with Niche Up Digital. Their team is exceptionally professional, organized, and deeply attuned to my needs.

I finally feel anchored in the support I've long sought. Niche Up has brought clarity to my backend, stabilized my systems, and created a digital framework that allows me to focus on my core mission with confidence."

Q: What changed when your offer + email funnel + ads started working?

"Watching the initial rise in sales, followers, and subscribers from our first campaign was exciting and exactly what I had hoped for, but it was after our second and third campaigns that I truly saw the results.

My redesigned and modern Shopify store is now experiencing consistent sales, a clear sign that we are engaging with a new audience.

While there's always room for more growth, I'm currently focused on managing this rise in sales and expanding our reach.

What's remarkable is that even with less frequent Instagram posts, the ads are effectively bringing in a new audience. Knowing I have this consistent monthly support has brought me a profound sense of peace of mind and a reliable online revenue stream."

Q: Can you share one specific ‘receipt’ you’re proud of from running Meta Ads?

"I am extremely happy with the current growth of online sales and look forward to watching it continue to grow."

Q: Has hiring a team, or running Ads helped you to step into your CEO-Self more fully?

"For years, my main source of revenue came from the weekend market scene, and as the high summer season approaches, my weekends are typically fully booked, but with the rise of our consistent online sales, I am now able to relax into a new and more relaxed rhythm.

This summer, I've intentionally carved out one weekend per month for enjoyment and personal time, a freedom made possible by the reliable income from the store.

This is a clear sign that our digital strategy is working, allowing me to have a social life again over the constant hustle."

Q: What three words describe your experience working with Niche Up?

"Expansion. Freedom. Support."

Ready for some of that CEO Shift for your Shopify brand, just like Tanya?
